1 bread boule
2 tomatoes (sliced)
Handful of lettuce
4 tablespoons Pesto
1. Cut top off boule and hollow out the inside.
2. Spread pesto into the base of your hollowed boule
3. Layer and fill the bread with the ingredients.
4. Spread more pesto on the lid of boule before replacing it on top of your stuffed boule.
5. Wrap in tin foil and weigh down for an hour.
6. Slice and enjoy! perfect for picnic season.
