What you need


  • 24 mini sausages wrapped in bacon
  • 1 egg, whisked
  • 2 sheets puff pastry


  1. Preheat the oven to 200c. Arrange your sausages wrapped in bacon on a baking tray. Cook as per packet instructions.
  2. Take your first piece of puff pastry and slice into 24 small strips. Wrap each cooked sausage in a piece of pastry. Set aside. Slice the second piece of pastry into a Christmas tree shape. Brush with egg.
  3. Arrange your pastry sausages on the Christmas tree shape then egg wash all over. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Share with friends!
