Pizza Fondue

What You’ll Need:

  • 500g mozzarella, grated
  • 280g cream cheese
  • 600g tomato passata
  • 150g cheddar, grated
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tbsp basil, shredded
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 Baguette, cut into thick slices
  • 50g parmesan, grated
  • 100g melted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
  • pizza toppings of your choice

How You Make It:

  1. In a large ovenproof dish, pour out your passata.
  2. Mix 250g mozzarella, cream cheese, cheddar, basil, salt and oregano in a bowl and mix well. Pop this mix on top of your passata. Smooth it down as best you can- don’t worry if it’s not perfect, it will correct itself in the oven.
  3. Cover with the rest (250g) of your mozzarella, then top with pizza toppings of your choice- we went for peppers, pepperoni and green chillies.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes at 180ºC/350ºF.
  5. Once you’ve popped that in the oven, prep your garlic bread dippers. Add the garlic and parsley to your melted butter and spoon all over your baguette slices. Top with a little grated parmesan and pop in the oven with the fondue for the final 10 minutes of cooking.
  6. Awesome.
