What You’ll Need:
- 800g Fresh Pizza Dough
- 600g tomato passata
- 12 slices of pepperoni
- 400g mozzarella, grated
- 50g parmesan, grated
- basil, a few leaves
How You Make It:
- Grease a square 9″ baking tin with oil. Roll out 200g of pizza dough on a floured surface and pop it in there. Don’t worry about being too neat.
- Cover with a quarter of your passata, a quarter of your cheese then four slices of pepperoni.
- Repeat. Top the last pizza with the usual toppings as well as the parmesan and basil leaves.
- Bake at 220ºC/430ºF for 25 minutes.
