Pizza Lasagna

What You’ll Need:

  • 800g Fresh Pizza Dough
  • 600g tomato passata
  • 12 slices of pepperoni
  • 400g mozzarella, grated
  • 50g parmesan, grated
  • basil, a few leaves

How You Make It:

  1. Grease a square 9″ baking tin with oil. Roll out 200g of pizza dough on a floured surface and pop it in there. Don’t worry about being too neat.
  2. Cover with a quarter of your passata, a quarter of your cheese then four slices of pepperoni.
  3. Repeat. Top the last pizza with the usual toppings as well as the parmesan and basil leaves.
  4. Bake at 220ºC/430ºF for 25 minutes.
  5. Enjoy!
