What you need
- 1 pizza dough rectangle
- 100g grated mozzarella
- 4 pepperoni slices
- Preheat the oven to 190c.
- Slice the pizza dough lengthways into three long even sections. Take one and sprinkle along a line of mozzarella. Roll up and seal into a stuffed sausage shape.
- Mould into a pretzel shape by twisting each end together and laying them over the edges. Place some pepperoni over the dough and sprinkle with more mozzarella. Repeat the full process with the other pieces of dough.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and the dough is cooked.
