- Preheat your oven to 200°C/400°F.
- Slice your baguette into 1cm rounds. Lay one round on a board and top with a little tomato sauce. Go on with a few mini pepperoni slices then a pinch of grated mozzarella. Repeat until you have a stack of 3. Pile these stacks into an oiled skillet (horizontally).
- Mix the butter with the garlic and parmesan. Spoon all over your slices.
- Bake for 15 minutes, or until slightly browned and melt-y.
