  • 500g mini macaroni, cooked
  • 1 cup cheddar, grated
  • 1 cup red leicester, grated
  • 1/2 cup parmesan, grated
  • 1 cup shredded, cooked ham
  • 3/4 cup cooked sweetcorn
  • 1 1/2 cups bechamel sauce
  • salt, to taste
  1. Get your pumpkins ready. Cut off the lid and scoop out the insides. Turn the pumpkin on its side and cut a large oval mouth out of the flesh. Draw on two squinting eyes as per the video. Place on a serving board with the lid. Repeat with additional pumpkins as required.
  2. To your hot bechamel sauce, add all of the other ingredients and stir gently but thoroughly. Your mac n cheese is ready.
  3. To serve, spoon as much mac as possible into the ‘head’ of the puking pumpkin. Enjoy watching the pumpkin be sick!!

What You’ll Need:
