Slow Cooker Mac N Cheese

What You’ll Need:

  • 500g dried elbow macaroni
  • 150g Gruyere, grated
  • 150g mozzarella, grated
  • 150 cheddar, grated
  • 10 rashers of streaky bacon, cooked until crisp and roughly chopped
  • 350ml whole milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp mustard powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • parsley breadcrumbs, to serve

How You Make It:

  1. Grab your slow cooker. Put all of the ingredients in (except for the parsley crumbs), give it a good mix, pop on the lid and cook on high for 2 hours.
  2. Dig out, sprinkle over the breadcrumbs (and some extra cheese if you’re feeling adventurous) then get involved!
