S'mores French Toast

What you need


6 slices white bread
3 eggs
1 cup milk, warmed
4 tbsp hot chocolate powder
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup chopped dark chocolate
18 marshmallows
Whipped cream
Crushed cookies




  1. Add chocolate to one side of bread.  Top with 9 marshmallows evenly. Cover with the second piece of bread and press down slightly.
  2. Add hot chocolate mix to milk and whisk to combine. Let cool to room temperature.
  3. In a large bowl whisk together eggs, vanilla, and hot chocolate milk until combined.
  4. Dip sandwich in to soak on both sides.
  5. Heat a pan over medium heat with a touch of butter or oil.  Sear both sides until golden.
  6. Keep warm in the oven at 100ºC until all sandwiches are fried.
  7. Serve with whipped cream and crushed cookies.
