Star Spangled Cheesecake

What you need


  • 250g Digestive Biscuits

  • 100g Butter

  • 600g Cream Cheese

  • 150ml Cream

  • 100g Icing Sugar

  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

  • 200g Strawberries

  • 200g Blueberries

  • 2 Bananas


1. Bash digestives till they are all crumbled

2. Melt butter and mix both biscuits and butter together

3. Press mixture into the bottom of a springform tin and place in the fridge for 1 hour

4. Blend together cream cheese, icing sugar, vanilla extract and cream

5. Once fully mixed fold in sliced strawberries and blueberries

6. Spoon mixture onto of base and smooth down

7. Recreate American flag using sliced fruit

8. Quick, colourful and delicious.
