Sweet Chilli Chicken Salt N Pepper Fries
- Tip your fries out onto a tray. Add oil and all seasoning, toss well and bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 180°C.
- Meanwhile (for the chicken) mix together the flour, salt and pepper. Toss your chicken in the mix. Fry in hot oil for 6 minutes. Remove, drain, then place on top of your cooked fries (once ready).
- In a small saucepan, heat your oil then fry the garlic, spring onion and chilli. Add your vinegar, salt and sweet chilli sauce. Cook for a couple of minutes until nice and thick but still pourable.
- Pour the sauce all over your chicken and fries.
