Tetris Chocolate Mousse

What You’ll Need:

For the mousse:

  • 200g Cream
  • 200g Milk
  • 2 Sheets Gelatine
  • 200g Milk Chocolate

For the glaze:

  • 170g Cream
  • 40g Water
  • 30g Golden Syrup
  • 3 Sheets Gelatine
  • 260g White Chocolate

How You Make It:

  1. To make the mousse, heat the milk, cream and gelatine till nearly boiling. Pour over the Choc until all melted. Pour mix into mould and freeze over night.
  2. To make glaze heat cream water syrup and gelatine till nearly boiling. Pour over choc till all melted and whisk. Divide into 3 and add different food colours.
  3. Take mousse out of mould and stick together with chocolate. Set the mousse shapes on a wire rack and pour over the glaze. Set in fridge for 30 mins.
  4. Be nostalgic eating your creation and wonder how the game industry went from such a masterpiece to the awful video games we have today, then wish your life was back to being a better & simpler time.
  5. Then remember you have chocolate mousse and everything is actually okay.
