Directions

  1. Cut your crusts off two slices of bread. Pop your fillings on top of one of the slices, leaving a little gap around the edge. Brush the bread edge with a little water. Put the other slice on top and seal firmly with your fingers.
  2. Crimp the edges of your pocket with a fork. Toast for 1-2 minutes, flipping halfway, until nicely brown and hot inside.
  3. Dig in!
