- Mix together the salt and spices. Brush the ribs with the mustard and sprinkle evenly with the spice mix. Place in a roasting tin and cover tightly with foil. Bake at 120°C for 4 hours.
- Meanwhile, heat all of the ingredients for the sauce in a small saucepan and simmer for 5 minutes. Cool.
- Shred the ribs with two spoons. Dress with the roasting juices then the bbq sauce.
- Load into buns with slaw.
