- Pre-heat oven to 180ºC.
- In a large bowl mix together flour, cocoa, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add eggs, milk, vanilla, oil, and applesauce until smooth. Transfer to a piping bag or ziplock.
- Pipe into a greased donut pan. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely.
- Meanwhile, mix together icing sugar and cocoa powder. Stir in vanilla and milk until smooth.
- Dip donuts into icing and let set. Enjoy!
