Deep Dish Pizza
Directions
- Add your pepperoni and sausage meat to a pan a fry for 5 mins until cooked and starting to crisp and caramelise. Remove from pan.
- In the same pan, cook your onion for 5 mins until softened. Add your peppers and fry for another 5 mins.
- Add your garlic and chilli flakes, cook out for 2 mins and then add your meat back into the pan along with your passata and seasoning. Simmer for 5 mins until you have a thick sauce.
- Place a tortilla on worktop and arrange a few tablespoons of your filling in a line down the side. Roll up into a cigar, then repeat with your remaining filling.
- Arrange in your buttered baking dish and pour over your enchilada sauce.
- Top with mozzarella and pepperoni, then bake for 20 mins at 180°C.
- Top with basil and serve!
Artichoke and Spinach
- In a large bowl, combine your artichoke hearts, spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, parmesan, mozzarella and seasonings in a bowl.
- Place a tortilla on worktop and arrange a few tablespoons of your filling in a line down the side. Roll up into a cigar, then repeat with your remaining filling.
- Arrange in your buttered baking dish and pour over your cheese sauce.
- Top with mozzarella, then bake for 15 mins.
- Top with parsley and serve!
Cheesesteak Sloppy Joe
- In a large saute pan, cook off your onion for 5 mins until soft and starting to caramelise. Add your peppers and cook out for a further 5 mins until everything is soft. Add your garlic and cook out for 1 min.
- Add your beef mince to the pan along with your onion granules, salt and pepper and turn up the heat. Fry for 5 mins until your beef has browned all over, then add your beef stock, ketchup and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer for 15 mins until your beef is tender and you have a saucy mixture.
- Place a tortilla on worktop and arrange a few tablespoons of your filling in a line down the side. Roll up into a cigar, then repeat with your remaining filling.
- Arrange in your buttered baking dish and pour over your enchilada sauce.
- Top with provolone and jalapeños, then bake for 15 mins.
- Serve!
BBQ Chicken
- In a large bowl, combine your chicken, barbecue sauce, crispy bacon, mozzarella, salt and pepper in a bowl.
- Place a tortilla on worktop and arrange a few tablespoons of your filling in a line down the side. Roll up into a cigar, then repeat with your remaining filling.
- Arrange in your buttered baking dish and pour over your enchilada sauce.
- Top with your mozzarella and cheddar mix, then bake for 15 mins.
- Top with chives and serve!
