Sunshine Hummus

  1. In a food processor, blend together all of the hummus ingredients until smooth. 
  2. Garnish with nigella seeds, olive oil and chopped coriander. Serve with carrot sticks

Green Goddess Hummus

  1. In a food processor, blend together all of the hummus ingredients until smooth. 
  2. In a bowl stir together the chopped herbs, garlic, chilli, oil, vinegar and salt.  Add chickpeas and coat well. 
  3. Serve the hummus in a bowl with the chickpeas on top. Drizzle with more olive oil if desired. Enjoy! 

Pizza Hummus

  1. In a food processor, blend together all of the hummus ingredients until smooth. 
  2. Meanwhile, in a skillet add the chopped pepperoni to a cold pan. Turn it on and cook the pepperoni until the oils have released and it’s crispy. 
  3. Serve the hummus topped with the cooked pepperoni and oil. Grate parmesan cheese overtop and sprinkle with chopped basil. 
  4. Enjoy with pizza bread or dough balls. 

Everything Bagel Hummus

  1. In a food processor, blend together all of the hummus ingredients until smooth. 
  2. In a bowl mix together the poppy seeds, sesame seeds, onion, garlic and salt. 
  3. Serve the hummus with a drizzle of olive oil, everything bagel seasoning and chopped chives
  4. Serve with bagel chips and enjoy!
