- In a large bowl, mix together the cookie butter, brown sugar, egg, baking soda and salt until smooth
- fold in the chopped caramel chocolates.
- Cover and chill it in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
- Pre-heat oven to 180ºC.
- Then divide the dough into 12 pieces. Roll into balls.
- Arrange on a parchment lined cookie sheet with about 3 inches in between
- Bake for 10-11 minutes and let them cool completely on the tray.
