  1. In a large bowl, mix together the cookie butter, brown sugar, egg, baking soda and salt until smooth
  2. fold in the chopped caramel chocolates.
  3. Cover and chill it in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
  4. Pre-heat oven to 180ºC.
  5. Then divide the dough into 12 pieces.  Roll into balls.
  6. Arrange on a parchment lined cookie sheet with about 3 inches in between
  7. Bake for 10-11 minutes and let them cool completely on the tray.
  8. Enjoy!
