Jalapeno Popper Bacon Cannoli 


  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C/360°F.
  2. Take some silver foil and roll it into 12 small tubes. Stretch out the bacon and wrap each foil tube up with an individual rasher.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes or until crispy. Pipe in the jalapeno popper mix.

Bacon Taco

  1. Make a bacon weave - lay out the bacon rashers and weave the other pieces between them. Carefully pick up the whole thing and lay it over a baking rack to make a taco shape. Bake for roughly 30 minutes or until crispy, fill with scrambled eggs and top with chives and ketchup.


  1. Simply fry the bacon until crisp, saving the fat. Remove the bacon from the pan and add the popcorn - cover with a lid and cook over a low heat until the exploding popcorn has subsided.


  1. Gently fry the bacon until golden brown and really crisp - save the fat and blitz the bacon to make a fine powder.
  2. Whisk the egg yolks with the mustard and vinegar. Add the seasoning and very gently whisk in the bacon fat, followed by the vegetable oil, to make a mayonnaise. Stir through the bacon powder and serve with fries.


  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C/360°F.
  2. Stretch out the bacon and lay three rashers together. On one end place a piece of mash and carefully fold the whole thing up to make a triangle.
  3. Repeat with the others then place on a baking tray and brush with BBQ sauce.
  4. Bake for around 20 minutes until cooked through.
