Beer Can Volcano Burger

  1. In a bowl mix together your cream cheese, 200g cheddar and your jalapeños. Set aside.

  2. In another mixing bowl add your beef and season with salt and pepper. Using your hand combine the mince.

  3. Now grab a handful of mince (about a third of the total amount) and roll into a ball. Repeat with the rest of the mince.

  4. Place balls of mince on a lined baking tray.

  5. Using your can press a whole in the centre of your mince balls and using your hand form the meat mix around the can. Then remove your can.

  6. You should now have burgers with a nice trough in the middle. Add your cream cheese mix to the troughs and smooth the top.

  7. Wrap the sides of the patty with bacon and top with cheddar.

  8. Place a hot grill for 25 minutes.

  9. Serve in toasted sesame buns with toppings of your choice. Enjoy!
