1.Dice the bacon and fry until crispy and golden brown. Meanwhile cook your orzo in a large pot of boiling salted water.
2.Combine your egg yolks, pepper, salt and parmesan cheese in a bowl, set aside.
3.Once your pasta is cooked, drain and save a cup of the pasta water, add the orzo to the pan with bacon and turn off the heat.
4.Add in your egg mixture and small amounts of pasta water and stir constantly until a creamy sauce has formed, finish with more black pepper and enjoy!
