Twisted was born back in 2016 in the kitchen of Harry’s Brixton flat. From his fevered brain streamed such delights as Mars Bar Toastie (our very first recipe), Fish *in* Chips and Camembert Hedgehog Bread. Harry has kept a steady hand on the Twisted tiller ever since, guiding an increasingly large team towards where we are today. When he’s not frantically sending Slack messages Harry loves dinner, Manchester United and his sausage dog Crumpet.
