Bacon Cheeseburger Grilled Cheese

  1. Add the oil to a hot pan and fry the bacon until crisp. Set aside. Remove some fat from the pan with clean kitchen towel.
  2. Fry the burger patty medium rare (it will continue to cook). Set aside. Dry the pan once more, turn the heat down a bit and add the butter. Add one half of your bun, inverted. Top with 2 slices cheese, 2 rashers bacon, 1 more cheese slice, burger, cheese slice, bacon, double cheese slice, top bun. Press down firmly with a spatula- once the bottom cheese has melted, flip the burger carefully and repeat with the other side until all is melty and delicious. Serve with pickles!!!!!
