  1. mix the spices and salt into the flour. Whisk together the milk and eggs.
  2. Dunk the chicken pieces into the flour, then egg, then flour. Repeat with all the pieces. Place on a baking tray, spray liberally with oil. Bake for 25 minutes at 200°C, turning occasionally.
  3. Make the individual sauces. For each, put everything in a pan and heat gently before chucking in the chicken pieces to coat.
