Banana Blender Brownies

  1. 160°C/340°F
  2. Blend all the ingredients except the caramel and the chocolate together (start with the eggs, sugar and butter - seems to make the ingredients bind more easily).
  3. Pour into a lined baking tin and drizzle with caramel then top with chocolate chunks. Bake for around 50 mins or until risen slightly and a toothpick comes out clean.
  4. Serve with ice cream.
