Beer Can Buffalo Cauliflower

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C/360°F.
  2. Open the beer and pour half  into a glass.
  3. Cut the stalk out of the base of the cauliflower and rest it on top of the beer can.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and bake (on a tray to capture drips) for half an hour until starting to brown.
  5. Meanwhile, make your sauce - whisk together melted salted butter, hot sauce, cayenne and garlic powder. Pour this over the cauliflower and return to the oven for a further 20 - 30 minutes, basting with the sauce every now and then.
  6. Remove from the oven and season. Serve with chips and coleslaw.
