Cut the stalk out of the base of the cauliflower and rest it on top of the beer can.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and bake (on a tray to capture drips) for half an hour until starting to brown.
Meanwhile, make your sauce - whisk together melted salted butter, hot sauce, cayenne and garlic powder. Pour this over the cauliflower and return to the oven for a further 20 - 30 minutes, basting with the sauce every now and then.
Remove from the oven and season. Serve with chips and coleslaw.
