Ham and Cheese Christmas Tree Pull Apart

  1. Preheat the oven to 180c.
  2. Split the dough into 19 pieces. Flatten out and stuff each with a cube of gruyere and a sprinkling of ham. Encase the filling and roll into a ball. Arrange into a christmas tree shape on a lined baking tray. Brush with the beaten egg then sprinkle with the herbs. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
  3. While the bread is baking, mix together the honey, mustard and seasoning. Set aside.
  4. When the bread is ready it should be golden and well risen- serve warm with the honey mustard dip.
