Hunters Chicken Parm Lasagna

  1. Season your chicken breast pieces with salt then dredge in the flour. Shake off the excess, then coat in egg, allow excess to drip off. Cover thoroughly in breadcrumbs. Repeat with the other pieces then fry until golden and set aside on some kitchen towel.
  2. Whisk the cream cheese with the milk, cheese, salt and pepper until smooth. Set aside.
  3. Mix the barbecue sauce into the tomato sauce. Now get ready to build!
  4. Lay some tomato sauce in the bottom of a lasagna dish. Top with a layer of lasagna sheets then smooth over some of your cream cheese mix. Top with bacon, red leicester, your chicken pieces, the mozzarella, then some of your tomato hunters sauce.
  5. Repeat!
  6. Top with hunters sauce, cream cheese and a layer of mozzarella.
  7. Cover and bake for 40 minutes, then remove the cover and grill for 5 minutes (or just continue to cook uncovered for 10 more minutes.
