Double Pepperoni:


  1. Top your cooked fries with half your mozzarella, all the sauce, the rest of the mozzarella, then the pepperonis and oregano. Bake for 15 minutes at 220°C, or until all melted and the pepperoni is crisping.

Creamy Sweet Chilli Chicken:

  1. Fry the chicken pieces in the olive oil until browned, seasoning as you go. Add cream, cream cheese and sweet chilli. Season to taste. Pour over fries. Top with chilli and coriander.

Bacon Cheeseburger:

  1. Fry the burger pieces in the olive oil until nicely browned. Season. Add butter and flour, cook for 30 seconds, then add the milk gradually until incorporated. Season. Add cheeses, remove from heat and pour all over the fries. Top with ketchup, mustard and crispy bacon.

Cheesy Fajita Chicken:

  1. Add chicken, sliced peppers and onions, oil and seasoning to a baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes at 200°C. Bring out and top your fries with the mix. Cover in cheddar then bake at the same temp for 10 minutes, or until melted and nice. Top with salsa and sour cream. Destroy.
