  1. Add your sliced grilled chicken to a large bowl, add your olive oil and smoked paprika. Toss gently to coat the chicken. 
  2. Then add in chopped sundried tomatoes, parsley, chives, and cooked pasta. Set to one side. 
  3. In a small bowl mix together, Pace® Chunky Salsa, sour cream, mayonnaise, black pepper, and lemon juice. Taste for seasoning. 
  4. Add the salsa-and-sour-cream sauce to the large pasta bowl and toss to combine. To finish, gently add the arugula and give one last toss. Serve and enjoy!
