Yorkshire Pudding Ice cream Burrito with Waze Traffic Jam

  1. Whip together cream and condensed milk until thick. Then stir through the strawberry jam. Pour into a loaf tin and freeze for at least 4-6 hours. 
  2. Heat your oven to 200°C
  3. Blend the flour, eggs and sugar together until smooth. 
  4. Heat half of your oil in a medium-sized skillet pan in the oven. Once really hot and sizzling, remove from the oven and quickly pour your Yorkshire batter into the skillet. Place back in the oven and cook for 25 mins - do not open the door.  Then remove and let cool
  5. Meanwhile, stir the strawberries with tthe sugar. Let it sit for about 20 minutes to macerate. Then stir through 2 tsp Waze Traffic Jam. 
  6. To serve, sprinkle some of the crushed biscuits in the middle of the yorkshire pudding. Working quickly. Scoop ice cream on top and drizzle with the strawberries. Add more biscuits then roll into a tight log. 
  7. Slice in half and serve with more strawberry sauce.
