- Preheat oven to 200ºC.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Saute onion until translucent and lightly caramelized. Add the garlic and cook until aromatic.
- Stir in the beef mince and break apart with a spoon. Sprinkle over taco seasoning and cook through. Add the salsa and cook for 2 minutes until the moisture is cooked out.
- Press the pizza dough on a tray into a half-moon shape with the crust around the circular side. Spread the taco mince over the pizza evenly. Top with shredded cheese. Transfer to oven and bake for 15 minutes until the crust is golden and risen.
- Garnish with chopped tomatoes, onions, drizzle with sour cream, then top with Nacho Cheese Muchos sprinkle with coriander.
- Slice and enjoy!
