1. In a large heavy bottom pan over medium heat, add oil and chorizo. Render until the chorizo starts to release its fat and gets slightly crispy, add chicken pieces. Brown and then remove and set aside.

2. In the same pan over medium heat, add onion, peppers, and salt; cook until soft. Add garlic and cook until fragrant. Stir in paprika and crushed tomato. Cook until a thick sauce is formed, add cream and peas bring to a simmer.

3. Stir meat back into the dish. And cook for about 5 minutes Add pasta and fold through to coat. Use reserved pasta water to create a looser sauce if necessary. Serve with lemon and sprinkle with parsley.
