Aldi launches new fruit cider cans and they’re less than £1

With a heatwave (allegedly) on the horizon, your summer is about to get a whole lot better – but Aldi is going to put the delicious cherry on top of the cake, with their new line of budget ciders!

If you’re concerned about money this summer, don’t be – because the supermarket is offering up two tasty flavours for just 99p each.

Customers are welcome to choose from rhubarb and pink grapefruit, or peach, mango and lime.

Aldi has made things easy for everyone, with both options gluten-free and safe for vegans to drink, with a 4 per cent ABV.

Commenting on the exciting new addition to discount supermarket’s range, an Aldi spokesman described the flavours in more detail.

“The tart yet crisp Rhubarb and Grapefruit flavoured pear cider offers the perfect refreshing tipple this summer,” he said. “While apparently the peach, mango and lime flavoured pear cider offers sweeter and subtler flavours than its crisper sister can.”

Of course, the fantastic news comes just days after M&S introduced four new cocktails in a can and online retailer Firebox put a $50 slushie machine that’s perfect for making boozy summer drinks on sale.
