Delivery Information
We do our best to despatch orders on the day that we receive them, but it can take up to 24 hours to despatch your order. For Next Day delivery, all orders placed before 12:00 will be despatched on the same day.
Orders are despatched Monday to Friday. Any orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be despatched on the following working day.
Shipping Information
We use the following services to deliver our orders for UK orders (working days are Monday-Saturday):
FREE SHIPPING – YODEL STANDARD DELIVERY – 3-4 WORKING DAYS
Free delivery is available on UK orders when you spend £40 or more. Select the ‘free delivery’ option on checkout. Free delivery is only available on our standard delivery option and is expected to arrive within 2-4 working days.
STANDARD SHIPPING – YODEL STANDARD DELIVERY – 3-4 WORKING DAYS
Our standard delivery service ships within 24 hours and is expected to arrive within 2-4 working days.
NEXT DAY SHIPPING – YODEL NEXT DAY DELIVERY – 1 WORKING DAY
Place your order by 4pm to receive your order the next working day. All orders received after 4pm will be despatched the following working day
For international orders, we offer the following options:
DHL INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY – 10-15 WORKING DAYS
Returns Policy
Our returns policy lasts until 30 days after the item is marked as delivered. If you are unhappy with your order or you have received a faulty item, please reach out to us at [email protected] and we will be able to assist you.
We are unable to accept unwanted orders that are returned outside of 30 days, that’s plenty of time to decide whether it’s for you.
Please ensure you check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders that are delivered to incorrect addresses.
I’m not happy with the product I have received
We want you to love your product, but if you receive it and aren’t happy with it for whatever reason, please do reach out to us at [email protected]
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain products can’t be returned, such as perishable goods and food items that have been opened. We also can’t accept returns of hazardous items, flammable liquids or gases. Please do get in touch if you want to know more.
Refunds
Refunds are processed by our team once we’ve been able to approve your return based on the above conditions. You will be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company can take a few days to process your refund.
