A Biscoff latte recipe has gone viral after TikTok fans branded it the drink of the summer.

Made from actual Biscoff biscuits, the fact that it’s unbelievably easy to make is just icing on the iced coffee cake.

Biscoff latte recipe takes over the internet

Among the many prominent social media users popularising the Biscoff latte trend is TikToker @7amcoffeeclub. Her original clip now has over 800,000 views, making it far and away the most popular recipe on her channel.

Interested in trying the delicious drink for yourself? The full ingredients list for the drink is as follows:

• 1 tsp Biscoff spread
• 80ml espresso
• 2 scoops of ice
• 1/2 tsp vanilla syrup
• 250ml milk

Here’s the method @7amcoffeeclub followed, which has been taking the Internet by storm:

• Combine a generous scoop of Biscoff spread with a cup of espresso and mix together
• In a separate tall glass, pour in the milk and vanilla extract over ice
• Pout the coffee and caramel biscuit combo into the tall glass
• Mix everything together and serve

The end result is an absolutely mouthwatering combination that looks set to dominate summer.

The reaction has been pretty comprehensive. In fact, almost everyone seems to agree that iced Biscoff latte is the only thing they should be drinking for the foreseeable future.
