Costa is selling Toblerone hot chocolate as part of its Christmas menu

Costa has dropped all the deets of its Christmas menu for 2022, and boy are we in for a treat.

The menu features festive food and drink fit for Santa himself, from bacon mac and cheese to a raspberry trifle loaf cake, and it’s all available in stores from the 3rd November.

There are two new hot drinks on offer, and we reckon they’re probably the most exciting part. Inspired by the iconic Toblerone chocolate bar, you can grab a hot chocolate and a latte infused with the flavours of the distinctly shaped Swiss chocolate and nougat bar.

The latte is made with a sweet and creamy chocolate and honey-flavoured sauce, and is topped with a festive twinkle topper, meanwhile the hot chocolate is made with the same chocolate and honey-flavour sauce and twinkle topper.

The best part is, both come with a tiny Toblerone bar, too.

Of course, following the excitement last year, there was no way Costa was going to launch its Christmas menu without the return of the Terry’s Chocolate Orange hot chocolate, too.

Plus, the Terry’s Chocolate Orange muffin will be returning to stores alongside it.

Joining the chain’s cupboard full of sweet treats, people will also be able to get their hands on a Toblerone muffin, as well as a loaded chocolate and hazelnut cake, a white chocolate trillionaire’s slice, and  a crispy festive wreath.

Those who are more partial to a savoury offering will be left smiling too, as Costa has launched a maple bacon mac and cheese – an indulgent and creamy macaroni and cheese mixed fresh spinach and topped with maple cured bacon and a parsley crumb.

You can also tuck into Costa’s vegan p’gs and blankets panini – made with plant-based sourdough and filled with vegan sausages and bacon, as well as sage and onion stuffing, sweet cranberry sauce, vegan mayonnaise and non dairy cheese.

That’s not all, either. Costa’s 2022 Christmas menu also welcomes back its turkey and the trimmings toastie, its meaty pigs and blankets panini and its brie, bacon and cranberry panini, as well as a turkey feast Christmas sandwich (obvs).
