One of the best parts about visiting a Disney theme park is the food – but we can’t go to the Magic Kingdom every day, can we?!
That’s why people are pretty buzzing to discover that their iconic Dole Whip ice cream is landing in real stores across the US, meaning you don’t have to be in a park to get your hands on one.
The original Dole Whip is made of frozen pineapple, pineapple juice, and vanilla which are all swirled together in a delightful spiral.
However, today you can get all sorts of flavours, including Parma Violet, raspberry and coconut.
The new grocery additions will come in pineapple, strawberry and mango flavours, meaning you can take your fruity pick.
The product was announced at the Expo West trade show in Anaheim, California.
They’ll be launching in grocery stores up an down America later this year, although a specific date is yet to be announced.

Unfortunately, there are no current plans to bring the Dole Whip to the UK, but this may change if the product is a hit overseas.
The Dole Whip launched in 1984, and has been a fan favourite in parks ever since.
It originally emerged when Dole became a sponsor of the Enchanted Tiki Room attraction within the Magic Kingdom, but two years later it expanded across Disneyland parks around the globe, from Aulani to Disney Cruise Line.
Now, as well as the standard Dole Whip, customers in the parks can buy a float, which is served on top of pineapple juice, sold at some hotels and across the Animal Kingdom.

Whilst many people will likely be excited about the prospect of buying this ice cream wherever they are, those feeling particularly lazy can also make their own version at home.
Disney released a recipe during the pandemic years so that people didn’t have to miss out on the dessert – and it’s actually super easy.
If you can’t wait for the launch later this year, find the recipe via the Disney website.
