A street food market for dogs is coming to London this weekend

A street food market especially for dogs is coming to London, giving a whole new meaning to a dog's dinner.

Yup, for one weekend only, south London's Market Place Vauxhall is going to be rebranding to 'Barket Place Vauxhall', in honour of National Dog Day (August 26th).

From Saturday 24th to Monday 26th August, the market, which usually serves human foods, is gonna be selling 'street food' tailored to dogs too.

Offers include Inamo Sukoshi's ‘Pawsome Poke’ bowl, and Wicked Fish's ‘Hound-dock & Chips’.

Yorkshire Burrito will also be getting in on the action with their ‘Yorkie-shire Pudding’, and Made in Puglia will be selling a ‘Pug-lia Pizza’, which is essentially cheese and tomato topped with salami.

If your dog is feeling fancy, Beirut Box is doing ‘Corgi’s Crudité Catch’, which is a mini salmon crudité, meanwhile, Hermanos Tacos is flogging a 'Cheesy Pub Taco'.

Owners will still be able to buy human foods, and the best part is when they do their pooch's meal will be completely free.

The best part is, that means dog lovers without a canine companion of their own can also attend to grab a bite to eat, safe in the knowledge there will be plenty of pooches for them to coo over.
