McDonald’s new menu launches today and they’ve supersized their chicken nuggets boxes

What’s that? A McDonald’s new menu klaxon?! Yup, you got it buddy.

McDonald’s has just dropped seven new menu items today (18th October), and there are some corkers in the mix.

First up is not one but two new burgers to get your chops around, including one of the cheesiest options we’ve seen.

The Philly Cheese Stack (£6.99) is the first on the list, made with two beef patties, cheese sauce, two cheese slices, grilled and crispy onions, and pickles.

This takes the flavours of a classic Philly Cheesesteak and turns it into a BURGER. Pretty cracking, right?

Menu staple the McCrispy is getting jazzed up too, in the form of a McCrispy BBQ Smokehouse burger (£7.39).

This bad boy comes with an 100 percent chicken breast fillet, BBQ sauce, cheddar cheese, red onion, and lettuce and is served in a sourdough sesame bun.

And it doesn’t stop there, McDonald’s Chicken McNuggets are also getting supersized – now available as a meal in nine-piece boxes instead of six, following popular demand (£6.69 for a medium meal and £7.39 for a large).

As for sides and desserts?

Perhaps most excitingly, the Chilli Cheese Bites are back, after a stint off menus. These spicy, oozy little nibbles make the perfect accompaniment to any Maccies order and cost £2.49 for a single serving or £6.79 for a share box.

The dessert menu also boasts a couple of new additions, including M&M’s Halloween McFlurry (£1.99 or £1.49 for a mini).

This is made up of Maccies’ famous ice cream, M&Ms, and Halloween sugar shapes, alongside a drizzle of Galaxy Chocolate sauce.

If that isn’t your bag, you can also grab a Twix Toffee Apple McFlurry (£1.99 or £1.49 for a mini), made with ice cream, mini Twix pieces and toffee apple sauce. How seasonal!

And to top it off? The new Toffee Apple Pie (£1.99), which is a pastry filled with a spiced apple compote, toffee sauce and toffee pieces, or the Toffee Apple ring doughnut (£1.99) filled with the same compote and coated in crumble pieces.

All these goodies are available today until the 21st November, so you have just over a month to get your mitts on them.

After that comes the Christmas menu, so even more fun is to be had then!
