McDonald's fans, it's time to get festive!

As the nights draw in and the Christmas adverts start appearing on your TV, that can only mean one thing... festive food.

And what's a better way to get cosy on a cold, dark night than with McDonald's?

Well, lucky for us, there are two brand new items on the McDonald's Christmas menu and it looks amazing.

Fans can get their hands on the new items on Wednesday, November 20th - but what do we have to look forward to?

To start off, how about a Cheesy McCrispy?

It includes 100 percent chicken breast fillet in a crispy, crunchy coating, served with lettuce, crispy onions, pink pickled onion chutney, bacon, two slices of cheese, and cheese sauce.

The gift that keeps on giving, the McCrispy has just levelled up!

The Cheesy McCrispy comes in at £7.79, though prices may vary across UK stores.

Once you've polished off your Cheesy McCrispy, you're probably going to need a dessert, and what screams Christmas more than Terry's Chocolate Orange?

This year, McDonald’s has combined its classic and beloved pie with everyone’s favourite zesty chocolate.

It’s time to welcome the Terry’s Chocolate Orange Pie - crispy chocolate pastry filled with a Terry’s Chocolate Orange flavoured chocolate ganache. Delish.

And fear not ice-cream super fans – as well as this new addition, the Terry’s Chocolate Orange McFlurry is also making a return.

A soft dairy ice cream swirled with Terry’s Chocolate Orange mini segments and topped with a Terry’s Chocolate Orange sauce, it’s what festive dreams are made of.

The Terry's Chocolate Orange Pie costs only £1.99 - now that's my kind of Christmas shopping!

A mini Terry's Chocolate Orange McFlurry comes in at £1.59 while a Terry's Chocolate Orange McFlurry is £2.19.

But if you think McDonald's is done there - think again!

Making their grand return, the Big Tasty (£7.59) and Big Tasty with Bacon (£8.39) are back to make the season even more delicious!

A beef patty, bacon, Emmental cheese, onions, juicy tomatoes and a unique smoky flavoured sauce all nested in a freshly toasted bun.

Fan favourite Cheese Melt Dippers with Rich Tomato Dip (from £2.49) are also returning.

These breaded cheese dippers are made with indulgent Camembert and served with a rich tomato dip.

Perfect for indulging all by yourself, or for sharing with friends (available as a share-box, £6.79) this treat is a must-have this festive season!

And last but not least, welcome back the Galaxy Caramel McFlurry. It's basically soft dairy ice cream swirled with Galaxy Chocolate stars and topped with a Galaxy Caramel sauce.

What about something to wash it all down?

Why not warm up with the return of two iconic hot drinks? Galaxy Caramel Latte (a smooth latte, blended with Galaxy Caramel flavour syrup, topped with delicious caramel cream and Galaxy Chocolate stars), and Galaxy Caramel Hot Chocolate (the same but without the coffee).

Both come in at £2.69 and sound like an absolute treat.

A familiar face will also be spreading some Christmas cheer this year...

From 20th November to 31st December, the Grinch will be making his way to McDonald’s Happy Meal.

Each limited-edition Happy Meal will come with one of eight Grinch and friends toys, featuring adorable plush Christmas decorations and Grinch family card games or the exclusive ‘Twelve Days of Grinchmas’ tale.

The Grinch will also be visiting McDonald’s locations nationwide to meet families in person and help them get in the Christmas spirit - who knew the Grinch could be so jolly?

It sounds like it's going to be a very Merry Christmas indeed.
