M&S launches brand-new Colin the Caterpillar and Percy Pig slushees just in time for summer

If you were looking for ways to cool off in the summer, M&S has you covered.

The warmer months are rapidly approaching, and that means we’re going to need to delve into the world of frozen goodies and cold beverages.

Also on the menu for this summer might be a selection of your favourite sweets – but what if there were a way to combine the two?

M&S is on hand as they have released Percy Pig and Colin the Caterpillar slushees and oh boy do they look delicious.

Percy Pigs are a staple sweet when it comes to the UK, as a long car journey isn’t complete without Percy making an appearance.

Yup, you can now get Percy alongside his good friend Colin in slushee form and the frozen drinks look like an amazing thirst quencher.

Colin is normally a chocolate caterpillar, but that would be a questionable choice for a slushee, so M&S have made him into a cloudy apple juice flavour instead.

As for Percy, he’s a raspberry, grape and apple-flavoured frozen drink – and there is absolutely nothing stopping you from getting a pack of sweets to go on top.

If this isn’t enough to interest you, then we’re sure it’ll be a treat to know that these slushees count as one of your five a day, and come with no added sugar and no artificial colours.

And to top it off, they’re suitable for vegans!

You can get a slushee from one of 170 M&S cafes across the country, and it’s clear that people who have tried them will be rushing back for more.

“Tried the apple one yesterday it was delish well done defo good addition for the summer I will defo be having them,” one Twitter user wrote.

Another added: “Just something else of M&S delectable edibles I will be addicted to, along with original Veggie Percy Pigs, salted caramel covered rice cakes, and gluten-free spring rolls.”

And in case you need someone to give you a no-nonsense review, a third person penned: “Have had the Percy pig slush and can confirm, 10/10.”
