Twisted: Unserious food tastes seriously good.

Grab your polo neck and put your sunnies back in their case, because it’s time to accept that summer is over and autumn has well and truly landed.

The food world is getting ready for the cosy season ahead, and this year it’s all about s’mores flavoured goods.

It was only days ago we told you about Baileys’ s’mores flavoured cream liqueur, and now Pepsi has got on the hype too, releasing three limited edition drinks inspired by the fire-side snack.

The fizzy drinks come in marshmallow, graham cracker and chocolate flavours, in homage to the toasty treat.

Granted, a chocolate fizzy drink might sound a little… odd, but the descriptions of all three drinks have certainly captured the public’s attention.

The marshmallow drink, unsurprisingly, boasts sweet marshmallow flavours and is meant to taste slightly bitter and toasted.

Meanwhile, the graham cracker flavour is infused with cinnamon and honey, and the chocolate drink is flavoured with cocoa and hints of vanilla.

The three drinks will only be available on a limited edition basis over autumn, selling in 7.5oz mini Pepsi cans.

Unfortunately for any Brits wanting to try them, they’re just a US release at the moment – and even then they’re going to be hard to score.

Americans will have to enter a competition to win a set should they want to try them, by following @Pepsi and sharing an image or description of ‘how they s’more’ on Instagram or Twitter, using the hashtags #PepsiSmores and #Sweepstakes.

If s’mores aren’t your thing then fear not, there’s plenty going on in the world of pumpkin spice, too.

Not only are they back in stores, but now, one company even wants to pay someone to test all the variations on the UK high street – and you’ll get £300 for your troubles.

The gig comes from clothing brand Pour Moi, which is hiring a ‘Pumpkin Spice Latte Tester’ to test all the seasonal bevs from the country’s most popular coffee chains, and decide which is actually the best.

Not only will the winning applicant receive 300 big ones for their time, they’ll also get a generous budget to spend on autumnal drinks throughout the season. Result.
