If, like us, you believe that dogs deserve all of life’s pleasures, then you’re going to like this news.
A Golden Retriever pop-up cafe is currently touring the UK, which means it could well be hitting a city near many of you very soon.
From events brand, Pop + Bark, the Golden Retriever cafe is basically everything you want from a normal one, but for doggos.

There will be all your favourite human hot drinks as well as a Pupuccino Bar for your furry friend to get in on the action, as well as a Doggy Bakery, serving “beautifully iced pupcakes and treats”.
But the fun doesn’t stop there.
There’s also doggy-sized furniture, fun props and cute photo opportunities for your pup, as many as 80 other dogs and owners to socialise with and a a designated ‘Chill Zone’ Golden Retrievers who are older or a little nervous.
You can also expect brunch and lunch offerings for the humans in attendance, and even a pop-up Doggy Boutique so you can stock up on doggy accessories for your pampered companion.
They really have thought of everything.

The best part? You don’t even need a dog to attend.

You can get tickets for the event in the following cities over the next couple of months:
- Cardiff

There has already been an event in London.
If you’re looking to get yourself a ticket, here’s everything we know about price.
Golden Retrievers go free, and their owners will be charged £8.75 plus a £1 booking fee to join. If you’re under 16, the ticket drops to £6.75 with a £1 booking fee.
Meanwhile, if you’re just a Golden Retriever lover with no dog of your own, it’ll cost you £10.75 with a £1 booking fee as an adult, or £8.75 with a £1 booking fee if you’re 16 or under.

Those aged six and under (whether a dog owner or not) can come in for free as well, when accompanied by an older guest.
If you have a different dog, you should check out Pup + Bark’s website, too, as they also put on events for Dachshunds, Corgis and Cockapoos.
If you need us, we’ll be touring the country visiting puppy cafes. These sound like our personal heaven…
