Twisted: Unserious food tastes seriously good.

Games night just got a lot tastier for one pastry chef, who just showed off a totally chocolate Connect 4 game board he had made.

Yup, frontman of Netflix’s School Of Chocolate, Amaury Guichon, wowed the internet recently with a totally edible Connect 4 board, with chocolate tokens which could slide into each slot.

The board was made entirely out of chocolate and cookies. To be more precise, the yellow tokens were made of lemon ganache and vanilla lemon sable, encased in a thin shell of crunchy white chocolate, whilst the red tokens are made with raspberry ganache and a vanilla crunchy sable, within a white chocolate shell.

The grid itself was made out of white chocolate which had been painted blue to look like the classic game board.

And there was even a sliding panel at the bottom so you could release tokens from the bottom, like in the actual game.

Genius, right?

The best part is that the game is fully functional, meaning players could actually whizz through a few rounds before scoffing it. That is, if they have the willpower!

Unfortunately, the Connect 4 board isn’t for sale, it’s just one of many incredible creations which Guichon has shared on his social media.

But based on the amount of gushing comments, it’s safe to say that several people would be in line to buy the board if it was up for grabs.

“Your brain never stops! Genius,” wrote one person under the creation.

Whilst another penned: “Amaury, I don’t know how you do it! Every time you outdo yourself”.

“Dude.. your creations are so amazing. This looks super simple but the fact that it’s fully functioning.. wow!,” said a third.

We’ve gotta be honest, we’re in awe too.

The Connect 4 board is just one of the amazing creations from the chocolatier, who has previously wowed the internet with a chocolate chess board, a chocolate armchair and even a chocolate tiger.

Guichon recently offered his expertise to Netflix’s new competition show, School Of Chocolate, where chocolatiers competed for the chance to win $100,000 (£84,000) and the chance to teach a masterclass at his chocolate academy.

You can watch School Of Chocolate on Netflix, now.
