The world's oldest woman revealed the one food she at every day to eat until 117.
Yup, we're all looking for the elixir of youth, and until 2017, when she passed away, Italian Emma Morano was the last living person to born in the 1800s – so, it's safe to say she knows a thing or two.
When asked the secret to her long life, Emma said she believed it was down to her healthy lifestyle.
Specifically, she said she ate the same thing every day... three eggs, two of which were raw.

She said she ate this without fail every day for more than 90 years.
Emma also drank a traditional Italian bev called grappa every day, which is a grape based brandy, made from distilled grape skins, pulp, seeds and stems left over after the wine making process.
In an interview with La Stampa in 2011, she said: "I eat three eggs a day and to digest I drink the grappa that I prepare myself.
"I put it in a jar with seven sage leaves, a bunch of rue grass and some grapes. Then I drink it with a spoon."
Contrary to popular advice, Emma said she didn't often eat fruit or vegetables...

The elderly woman has also cited staying away from men and leaving her abusive husband as a reason for her long life.
She said she’d been in love with a man who passed away in WW1, and after that, she wasn't interested in dating.
Emma did end up marrying a guy in her village after this, but she didn't have much choice in the matter.
"I didn’t want to marry him, but he forced me. We lived in the same courtyard and one day he sent his mother to call me.
"I went there, and he said to me, ‘If it suits you, you can marry me, if not I’ll kill you’. I was 26 years old. I got married," she said.

She ended up having a little boy who sadly died at just six months old, and in 1938, just one year on, she ended things with her husband.
Emma says genetics likely played a part in her long life, seeing as her mother lived to 91, and multiple sisters have also reached their 100th birthdays.
She worked in a factory during her life, for 75 years, and is said to have lived an active lifestyle.
So, will you be eating raw eggs every day? Perhaps it's worth it for a long life...
