Snickers white chocolate bars are coming back, this time permanently

Chocolate and nuts just go together.

Like Gervais and Merchant, Kit and Kat and The Mandalorian and Baby Yoda, some things are just better when they’re together.

That’s where Snickers comes in. Snickers is a masterful incarnation of chocolate, caramel, peanuts and nougat that has enraptured confectionary connoisseurs the world over since its introduction in 1930. Sure, there are many other chocolate and nut combinations for us to chow down on, but there’s something classic, something timeless about the Snickers bar, isn’t there?

Yet, as all great inventors surely must, the good folk at Snickers haven’t been resting on their laurels of late. Far from it.

That’s because Mars, Incorporated has announced the imminent return of Snickers white chocolate. Snickers White was introduced as a limited edition offering last year, but due to its resounding success, the people over at Mars are bringing it back. Says Josh Olken, Brand Director at Snickers:

“We received a resounding positive response from fans when we launched SNICKERS White as a limited edition offering last year.

“As we continue to see the demand for white chocolate grow, we’re excited to present this new take on our classic SNICKERS for more fans to enjoy.”

Per a press release, Snickers white chocolate bars will be rolled out in January 2020 in single and share sizes, so there’s really not long at all to wait now to get your hands on the delectable treats.

Would it have been nice to add a bar or two of Snickers white chocolate to the many festive-themed snacks and beverages that have been rolled out ahead of Christmas this year? Sure it would, but we need something to look forward to in the New Year, right?
