1. Guy Fieri’s Vegas Kitchen and Bar – LINQ Hotel + Experience

For all-American comfort food classics, there is no better venue than Guy Fieri’s eponymous Vegas joint at The LINQ Hotel + Experience. The menu is stuffed full of delicious, gut-busting calorie bombs like “American Royal Ribs” and “Cajun Chicken Alfredo”, but, for our money, the crown jewel is the unbeatable “Bacon Mac ‘N’ Cheese Burger”.

Featuring crispy applewood bacon, six-cheese mac ‘n’ cheese, onion straws, LTOP (lettuce, tomato, onion and pickle), SMC (super melty cheese) and Fieri’s signature “Donkey Sauce”, all stacked on a garlic-buttered brioche bun, there are no half-measures with this sandwich. Voted “Best Burger in Las Vegas” by Seven Magazine, the Bacon Mac ‘N’ Cheese Burger is the ultimate way to celebrate hitting the jackpot.

2. Gordon Ramsay SteakParis Las Vegas

A proper steak dinner is already unbeatable, but when a chef like Gordon Ramsay crafts one, it becomes genuinely irresistible. Serving up sensational beef in slick, fine-dining-inspired surroundings, Gordon Ramsay Steak at Paris Las Vegas is the quintessential high-end steakhouse.

Understandably at a venue like this, the meat is the main event. The menu is full of exceptional options, but few check all the boxes quite like Ramsay’s brilliant “Beef Wellington”. Served medium rare and wrapped in a blanket of buttery puff pastry, this classic British dish is the perfect balance between stylish and sumptuous.

3. GIADA – The Cromwell Hotel and Casino

Looking for a crowd-pleasing menu that will satisfy the whole gang? Chef Giada De Laurentiis’ restaurant, GIADA, located inside The Cromwell, is the ideal destination. Overflowing with Italian staples inflected with a Californian twist, as well as a range of family style, vegan and gluten-free options, GIADA demonstrates De Laurentiis’ comprehensive culinary skill and intuitive understanding of what the people want.

Alongside some of De Laurentiis’ personal favorite recipes, like “Lemon Spaghetti” and “Chicken Cacciatore”, diners can enjoy a spectacular “Cacio e Pepe Bucatini” pasta for two, served inside an enormous Pecorino Toscano cheese wheel. If you’re after delicious dishes with added wow factor, GIADA is definitely the place to go.

4. Mesa Grill – Caesars Palace

Featuring filets fit for an emperor, Mesa Grill at Caesars Palace is a monument to quality meat cookery. Brought to the iconic hotel and casino by celebrity chef Bobby Flay and bursting with top-notch Southwestern-inspired cuisine, there’s a reason why this restaurant earned a place on Condé Nast Traveler’s Hot 100 List.

Steak is undoubtedly the order of the day, with the kitchen offering customers almost every option under the sun, but the highlight has to be “Flay’s Certified Angus Beef Prime 22oz Bone-In Chipotle Glazed Rib Eye with Red & Green Chile Sauce”. Big on the plate and even bigger on flavor, the steaks really don’t come much higher.

5. NOBU – Caesars Palace

Ever since he opened his first site back in 1993, Nobu Matsuhisa’s famous group has become the name in sophisticated Asian and Japanese cookery. His Las Vegas restaurant at Caesars Palace is, unsurprisingly, no exception.

Alongside the restaurant’s signature “Black Cod with Sweetened Miso” and unparalleled sushi selection, you can expect to sample an array of Japanese-inspired dishes. The star of the show is Peruvian-inspired “Scallop Tiradito”, featuring a refreshing ceviche-style sauce, plus a Peruvian chili paste and soy salt. Together with the glamorous atmosphere, this dish shows why NOBU is not to be missed.

6. Restaurant Guy Savoy Caesars Palace

As we’ve already seen, competition for the title of “Best Restaurant in Vegas” is serious. It says a lot, therefore, that many believe Restaurant Guy Savoy at Caesars Palace to be the pick of the bunch. Its traditional French cuisine, and Michelin-starred chef at the helm, makes it stand out as a classical dining shrine amidst the glitz and bright lights of the city.

As you’d expect from a chef of this caliber, the menu is full of fabulously inventive offerings, but the most pleasant surprise is perhaps the vegetarian dish, “From Beet to Sweet”. A delicate balance between candied beet shell, beet espuma, diced beet, hazelnut, pickled mustard seed and hazelnut powder, it might come as a shock to some that beetroot is the highlight of the menu.

7. Vanderpump Cocktail Garden – Caesars Palace

Last, but certainly not least, is a venue that proves you don’t need to be sat in a traditional dining room to enjoy something genuinely delicious. Delivering simple small plates and fantastic cocktails in a vibrant setting, The Vanderpump Cocktail Garden is, according to the owner, a “sexy garden oasis” in the heart of the Strip.

The brainchild of TV icon Lisa Vanderpump, the Cocktail Garden is the perfect place to kick-start a night on the town. Menu highlights include bite-sized Ahi Tuna Tartare – made with crispy taro root tacos, chili-ginger citrus glaze, avocado, and crispy capers. Sit back, relax and indulge in some top-quality people-watching at Las Vegas’ latest hotspot.
