Like chocolate and Tom Hanks, peanut butter makes everything better. There’s a reason why restaurants selling everything from doughnuts to ice creams have included the crunchy brown goo on the menu. Some chefs have even tried stuffing it into burgers. 

However, for peanut obsessives, carrying around your own personal peanut butter supply has proved problematic. It’s not like mayo or ketchup, where readily available sachets make saucing pretty straightforward. Instead, peanut butter lovers have had to make do with what’s given to them. That is, until now. 

Fortunately for anyone who’s ever fantasised about squirting their own supply on everything in sight, popular peanut butter producer Jif has come up with an elegant solution. As of July 2020, aficionados will be able to get their hands on personal squeezy pouches of Jif peanut butter, making it easier than ever to squirt the good stuff on anything and everything.

Dubbed the “Jif Squeeze Creamy Peanut Butter”, the convenient condiment dispenser will be available in a 13-oz pouch, as per a press release provided by the brand. Included in the message was a statement from Rebecca Scheidler, Vice President of Marketing for the Jif Brand, who declared:

“Jif lovers enjoy their Jif in a variety of ways—in smoothies and snacks, as a key ingredient in cooking and baking, or even eating it ‘straight up’ with a spoon.

Carrying around your own peanut butter pouch may not have been at the top of your priority list before, but now that it’s available, you’d be a fool not to at least give it a go.
