Biscoff Biscuit Doughnuts

You heard us. Biscoff. Doughnuts.

Ingredients

  • 17 Lotus Biscuits
  • 1 tspBaking Powder
  • 140 mlMilk
  • 1 tspVanilla Extract
  • 50 gWhite Chocolate
  • Biscoff Spread

Did you know you can make doughnuts from a pack of biscuits? You probably did, but now here's your chance to make our biscoff verison!

Method

  • Preheat oven to 180ºC (160ºC fan)
  • In a bowl crush the biscuits then add in baking powder, milk, vanilla extract and stir till combined.
  • In a silicone doughnut mould dispense the batter evenly between all 6 spaces.
  • Bake for around 15 minutes.
  • In a bowl melt white chocolate. Dip 3 of the doughnuts into the chocolate then sprinkle with broken biscuit pieces.
  • On the other 3, turn upside down and add biscoff spread.
  • Place the dipped tops sides on top then enjoy!
