Did you know you can make doughnuts from a pack of biscuits? You probably did, but now here's your chance to make our biscoff verison!
Preheat oven to 180ºC (160ºC fan)
In a bowl crush the biscuits then add in baking powder, milk, vanilla extract and stir till combined.
In a silicone doughnut mould dispense the batter evenly between all 6 spaces.
Bake for around 15 minutes.
In a bowl melt white chocolate. Dip 3 of the doughnuts into the chocolate then sprinkle with broken biscuit pieces.
On the other 3, turn upside down and add biscoff spread.
Place the dipped tops sides on top then enjoy!
